Under the auspices of the Board of Regents' Bylaws and the UNO-AAUP Contract, the College of Arts & Sciences practices self-governance under the leadership of its Dean and with the participation of its faculty.  The College Dean and Faculty have created the following governance document to codify policies and procedures of the College currently in practice.
